Jenks Key Club Relay For Life Home
Relay For Life is an all-night event with the main purpose of raising money for cancer research, patient care, advocacy, and treatment. Participants raise money as part of a team in order to stay overnight, keeping at least a few people on the track at all times, symbolizing the undeniable fact that cancer never sleeps let alone rests. Relay is a creation of the American Cancer Society (ACS), which is a nonprofit organization committed to fighting cancer.
Every year Jenks Key Club hosts the Jenks High School Relay For Life. This entails much of the fundraising, corporate sponsorships, planning, preparing, and putting on the actual event. Every year we try to involve more of the Jenks community and always try to raise our goals.
